Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not accepted

Only exchanges are allowed

Exchange Conditions
An exchange request will be approved only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• An unboxing video is provided (mandatory)
• The video is continuous, unedited, and clearly shows the product and packaging

Exchange Timeline

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Once approved, the exchange will be processed within 48 hours

Non-Eligible for Exchange

• Used or partially used products
• Requests without an unboxing video
• Damage caused after delivery
• Change of mind or fragrance preference

Yasya reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification.
